Demna Works For...

Demna Gvasalia (Winner of Collection of the Year at ITS#THREE) is among the most talented designers we've ever seen and a close friend of ours. He graduated from the Royal Academy of Antwerp and since then has been working on a number of projects on his own and with other designers from Hogeschool Antwerpen. You might remember we talked about an exhibition organised in Japan together with designers Helena Lumelsky (former Antwerp student), Mikio Sakabe (ITS#FIVE), Taro Horiuchi (ITS#SIX) and Yoshikazu Yamagata (ITS#THREE). Now, there's amazing news in Demna's professional life. Demna is now working for a brand most young – well, not only young - designers would love to work for. But we can’t say. But we’re so happy for him and proud of his well-deserved success!! Silence in fashion is a very rare way of expressing creativity, so there you go....if you read between the lines you might understand by yourself!!
