BE ... ITS! (...BELIVE!)

...The new stagiaire...everything is fresh...people, places, personalities... the relationships haven't yet formed bonds...Then the months go by and the agency's spirit starts to get involve you... completely, deeply ... you begin to feel responsible.
A pleasant and stimulating responsibility...born from the awareness of being involved in something more than just a simple work experience.
You start to understand that the people who work there make a gamble every year not knowing what will happen the next.
They have bet on a project...that goes beyond fashion... attached to creativity and communication.
Definitely not your usual stage... it's just a way of beginning to understand yourself and others, a different way to try to understand what the working life is like...
Where there are real life people...with their good and bad qualities...where deadlines and timing have to be respected ...there's telephone call and recalls... the "risiko" aka a programme...archives and outlook ....and much much more and they go towards building the project, and you start to understand, step by step to cohabit and to handle them.
There are moments when you don't know if everything is under control... moments when there are more decisions to take then time to decide ... some moments where you realise that you are involved in something so important and that you can't fail.
ITS is an event, it's a team, it's an organisation, it's life...
but living with ITS is also «office-life». The office-life of a young agency, for young people, where different situations coexist.
The work, the meetings... everyone's madness...strange habits, jokes... and sometimes scoldings!
Being in ITS is also being in its office, P.za Venezia, on the third floor, where smoking is forbidden but many do it, where internal rules exist, never spoken but always respected.
Where there's time for confidence, time to face each other and time for a little (but just a little) sweetness.
All in agreement for some decisions but in dispute for others ... The aim is collaboration, teamwork, growth...at lunch-time too.
Lunch... the place where everybody meets... a break, a time for friendship.
Afterwards, someone wants a cup of tea, others a coffee...tons of sugar or sugar free!
Life office at ITS is also made up of fragrances...in the morning, when you turn on your PC... the cook calling you for lunch while you've already starting smelling the food in your office ...and obviously coffee ?breaks!... It's strange...
The portfolio's smell is strange, different...the smell of the textiles, of accessories
but more than anything else, the smell of choice.
The smell of different lifestyles, that you can breath whenever the office is filling up.
The meetings, the guests, the juries...all of them make the office real, human...the office that has discovered the passion.
ITS is passion, the fashion is passion, the job is passion...and the office life is passion for being part of a crew.
To be ITS means to be in ITS, to be in it is not only working for the same aim, it's more to be ITS means to believe... to be ITS means trust.
You have to believe and to give trust, in and outside ITS, you have to attribute importance to be...not to seem, 'cause ITS doesn't seem, it is!
It is an opportunity, it is a chance for meetings, for exchanging views, for choices.
To be ITS is to believe!...Believe in young people, believe in an alternative, believe in making it better, believe in change...being ITS means a lot...it means a lot for those who works in it, for those who take part in it but also for those who simply observe...
