There are four seasons, four suits in a deck of cards, four phases of the moon…
The word four has four letters. In the English language there is no other number whose number of letters is equal to its value.
DNA is made up of four bases, commonly know as T, A, G and C.
Would you believe that in the English language, four is the only number whose value is equal to its number of letters making it a tetragram?
Think we are obsessed with the number four? Yes?
Of course we are… For the whole year we are addicted to FOUR. The EVE team will be punching away behind their keyboards trying to be the best tetradites(someone who attaches mystical properties to the number four) we can.
Ladies and gentlemen a round of applause to ITS#FOUR! The forth edition of International Talent Support. This year back with vengeance, still action packed with unique projects, like the Diesel Award but this year will see ITS# broaden horizons with the entry into the world of photography. The project ITS#Photo is created in collaboration with MINI. The competition will be upon invitation around the theme "Us&Them", with a dedicated jury, involving 10-15 schools dotted around the world.
If you have ever taken the time to look at your zips you may have noticed YKK. YKK will be fastening Demna Gvasalia’s, the winner of last year’s ITS#THREE Collection of the Year, brand new collection that as tradition has it will be presented at ITS#FOUR. Our friends at i-D have joined in providing the i-D styling award. Le Book will be offering the winner of ITS#Photo a page in Le Book Paris.
