It wouldn't be possible for us to support young talents without partners and supporters who share our same philosophy and are keen to foster and embrace fresh young creativity, giving it a place to express itself and opportunities to live on. ITS#SEVEN - International Talent Support is a project created by EVE in cooperation with Diesel. Diesel has supported the project from its inception and helps nurture the talent of young fashion designers through its 'The Diesel Award'. The prize is a substantial one, and ensures the winner is both supported and encouraged in their breakthrough into the international fashion industry. (click here for more details) YKK, a leading company in the production of fastenings, is our partner for the accessories competition, which is open to all young accessories designers in the world. Selected finalists will produce from 3 to 5 accessories plus 1 accessory focused on a creative use of YKK fastenings picked from a wide selection. Finalists will see their accessories displayed in a dedicated exhibition at ITS#SEVEN, and will compete for the assignment of two prizes: Accessories Collection of the Year and YKK Award. (click here for more details) MINI is the partner for ITS#PHOTO, a competition for young photographers. They will be asked to present photography projects based on the theme "The Other". Selected finalists will have their work displayed in an exhibition at ITS#SEVEN. To enlarge the basis of the competition, one finalist will be picked from an open online competition, ITS#PHOTOweb. A dedicated jury will assign the MINI Clubman Award. (click here for more details) Air Dolomiti is our latest partner. Air Dolomiti is the Italian regional company of the Lufthansa Group and member of Lufthansa Regional that came on board to support the flights of our guests and offer an Award for ITS#PHOTO. Campari, a major player in the global branded beverage industry, is the official Drink Partner of the event. They will provide all kind of beverages during the event, from cocktails to premium wines for every meals. Our website www.itsweb.org runs on products and services provided by Develon, internet partner of ITS#SEVEN. Develon is specialised in developing projects that integrate both interactive and traditional communication through the use of the latest technology. i-D Magazine, a long-time friend of ITS, offers the i-D Styling Award. The winner will work with the i-D team for one month on a photo shoot that will be published in the magazine. He/she will also receive some pocket money towards expenses. L'Oreal Professionnel will provide its specialised staff, taking care of the hair-styling of the ITS#SEVEN fashion show. Maria Luisa, owner of the renowned Maria Luisa boutiques in Paris, is another long-time friend of ITS. The Maria Luisa Award offers the winner a window display and sale during Paris Fashion Week in the shop where designers like John Galliano, Helmut Lang, Anne Demeulemeester and Martin Margiela (just to name a few) showed their first collections. Patricia Milton, the response to demands for innovation and professionalism in the field of modern cosmetics, is the official make-up provider of ITS#SEVEN. Pitti Immagine established the Pitti Immagine Photo Award: 2 winners will create the campaigns for Touch - Neozone-Cloudnine, the Womenswear Fairs that Pitti organises in Milan. PuntoSeta, a high profile textile brand based in Como, Italy will once again collaborate with ITS#SEVEN supplying all ITS#FASHION finalists with their exclusive fabrics to create the collections for the finale in Trieste and will provide a fixed sum for the finalists' travel to Como to work on the customisation of the fabrics they will use for their final collections. Salvatore Ferragamo will once again give its technical support to the accessories finalists, this time not only to finalists with shoes projects but also to those with bag projects, taking care of the production of the prototypes and involving them in the process. It is also an amazing formative experience, as the finalists get to see the professional production process from close up. (click here for more details) Super//fluo is a company specialised in designing and creating TV, plasma and LCD sets. Brionvega and Seleco are among their brands and they are the official video suppliers of ITS#SEVEN. SVA, the prestigious School of Visual Arts in New York City, will be offering one ITS#PHOTO finalist the SVA PhotoGlobal award, a one year scholarship. This intensive residency offers participants the opportunity to work in technologically advanced facilities with renowned photographers to bring critical rigor to the advanced photographer. (click here for more details) Vertice, the renowned boutique in Turin, will give one of the fashion finalists the opportunity to have a shop window installation with his/her garments during the International Contemporary Art Fair "Artissima". A special event will also be organised to present the work of the winner to the press. The event is backed by Regione FriuliVenezia Giulia, Fondazione CRTrieste and Camera di Commercio di Trieste, in agreement with Comune di Trieste and Provincia di Trieste. |
